By directing our energy into multiple facets of healing, we are not only using our Intention to bring about change, but also our natural ability to process information and experiences on multiple levels. We all know how stress can often show up in our shoulders; and that counseling can help to reduce stress, and thus shoulder tension. . . Is it such a leap to imagine a massage releasing emotions? Massage Options

Full-Body Swedish Table Massage

30 minute minimum for partial body work.
Massage, reflexology, stretching, joint-movement, body mobilization (BMT)
-$1.25 per min. ($75/hr)

Basic Chair Massage

15 minute minimum.
Back, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Hands, Scalp, and face. Limited joint-movement and BMT
-$1.00 per min. ($60/hr)

Targeted Massage

30 minute minimum
Massage focused on specific area, such as shoulders/back only, hands/arms only, or legs/feet, head/face, etc. Joint-movement/BMT
-$1.00 per min. ($60/hr)

Personal Consultation

Life-Coaching, mentoring, meditation practice, existential guidance, etc.
30 minute minimum for consultation outside of massage session*

* I am happy to consult with you free of charge during your massage, if that would be helpful to you. Of course, silence is respected as well. This service is not provided as professional counseling. I will not provide bodywork of any type to any professional counseling clients, nor professional counseling (therapy) services to any bodywork clients. I will, however, provide referrals to appropriate professionals when appropriate.
