Needing help dealing with current events? Recent events may stir you in unexpected ways; from subtle and simply annoying, to full-out traumatic response. Because I've responded to well over 150 critical incident trips, I can help you along regardless of where you are on the distress continuum.
It's never a bad idea to at least check your feelings out with somebody if you have a persistent thought about getting help. Better to catch it early than needlessly suffer. Seriously. Don't underestimate your intuition on this one.

Having seen the tremendous therapeutic impact of canine-assisted therapy with issues ranging from general anxiety to PTSD, and the benefit to children in hospitals, among countless other blessings our loyal friends bring, I've decided to train Buddy as a therapy dog! From time to time, I'll have him in the office with us. If you have any allergies or fear of dogs, just let me know.

Celebrating the 40 yr anniversary of Ram Dass' best seller, Be Here Now, and the upcoming release of his new book, Be Love Now, Harper Collins/Harper One publishing has partnered with the Love Serve Remember Foundation to create a very special blogging project:
Seven people were chosen to provide insights, commentary, and personal experience with the "brown pages" of Be Here Now via a 108 day blogging project. We are currently live at www.RamDassNow.com.
Please stay tuned for more information; Ram Dass' teachings have shaped many people over the years, including myself, and can be applied to personal transformation at any level. We all have our own understanding of the relevance of these pages to our lives.
I am deeply honored and humbled to be chosen to participate in this project, and look forward to sharing my insights into these beautiful teachings that have persisted for thousands of years, and communicated by Ram Dass for over 40 years. Please follow me on twitter by going to www.twitter.com/gatehealing, and Friend me at www.facebook.com/gatehealing for ongoing updates.
