I've got some exciting news about something that each of us deals with in every single session we provide, AND in our own personal lives . . . All addressed in in the first of 3 installments of a cutting-edge Stress Mastery series provided by Jennifer Dunham, LPC-s, CHT and Jonathan F. Anderson, LPC-s. Stress Mastery is taking your basic stress management techniques and customizing them to your own lifestyle and personality so that they become second-nature and long-lasting.

What: Stress Mastery, Level I: From stress management to Stress MASTERY
When: Friday, September 30th, 2011 from 9:00am – Noon
Where: We've had such a great response that we are securing a larger facility TBA very soon!
Cost: $75 for individuals, $59 for groups of 3 or more

In this Level I seminar, we will cover the nuts and bolts of stress: What it is (from physical to neurological, and from mental to emotional, etc), how it helps, when it hurts, and how to deal with it masterfully using techniques ranging from self-hypnosis and relaxation, to T’ai Chi and breath-work.  This is an experiential course, so you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Dress comfortably!  Of course, participate at your own comfort level, after all, we want YOU to be your own Stress Mastery expert.
