When we stop doing something that is healthy, sometimes it is difficult to get back at it. So many thoughts seem to invade our minds and get us all confused about what is ‘good’ or ‘fun,’ etc. and by the time we are done ‘thinking,’ we still haven’t done what we know is healthy!

So, what to do? Pick up where you left off when you were doing it. If you were doing great in the gym, lost some pounds, gained some tone, felt better about yourself, then stopped going (for whatever reason), the fastest way to get back into shape is to go to the gym, not think about it and remain stuck in thinking inaction.
